This Healthy Vegan Banana Cream Pudding With Turmeric is smooth, creamy, loaded with anti-inflammatory goodness and full of bold banana flavour with a hint of turmeric.
First, add two cups of cashew cream to a blender or food processor.
Next, add two ripe bananas, one teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, and one-quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Now, all you have to do is cover your blender or food processor and blend until smooth. It should only take about thirty seconds.
Once your banana pudding is smooth and creamy, pour into individual cups or bowls to serve. This recipe makes quite a generous batch and can serve four to six people.

Notes
This Banana Cream Pudding does have a subtle turmeric flavour. So, if you're not one for the taste or are making this recipe for kids, you can reduce the amount to ⅛ teaspoon or omit completely. That being said, the less turmeric you add, the lighter the colour will be.
