IN A MIXING BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER OAT FLOUR, COCONUT SUGAR, BAKING SODA & CINNAMON

ADD LIQUID INGREDIENTS

ADD IN NON-DAIRY MILK, PURE VANILLA EXTRACT & MELTED COCONUT OIL. MIX WELL.

ROLL INTO A  BALL

KEEP MIXING UNTIL THE DOUGH BEGINS TO FORM INTO A BALL. THEN PACK IT WITH YOUR HANDS, MAKING SURE TO GATHER ANY REMAINING CRUMBS

ROLL OUT TO 1/4 INCH

PLACE THE DOUGH BALL ON A PARCHMENT LINED BAKING SHEET. SPRINKLE WITH OAT FLOUR AND ROLL OUT TO ABOUT 1/4 INCH THICK.

SCORE THE DOUGH

SCORE THE DOUGH INTO SQUARES OR RECTANGLES WITH A KNIFE OR A PIZZA CUTTER.

BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES

BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES AT 350°F OR UNTIL THE EDGES BEGIN TO BROWN. ALLOW TO COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE ENJOYING!
