Instructions
Plain White Icing
Measure organic icing sugar into a bowl. Then, whisk in milk and lemon juice.

Notes
Adjust the colours by adding more or less of any of the powders. You may also need to adjust the milk ratio. To make the beet red icing lighter, you can dilute the beet juice with water. You can really have some fun experimenting with the ratios to get different shades!To thin the icing, add more liquid (milk or juice). I would only add a ½ teaspoon at a time since it doesn't take much to change the consistency!To thicken the icing, add more icing sugar.
