Instructions

  • Dump the chia seeds into a sealable container or mason jar. Then mix in the Blue Majik Powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and coconut milk.
  • Stir until all the ingredients are well blended and the chia seeds release enough mucilage to distribute evenly. (At first, some will sink to the bottom, and some will stay at the top.) After stirring for a minute or two, they will begin to spread out into the middle as well.
  • Once all the ingredients are mixed well, seal with a lid and place in the fridge to set for at least four hours.
  • Enjoy your chia pudding as a snack on its own, or dress it up for a hearty breakfast with garnishes like banana slices, shredded coconut, berries, hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds or cashew yogurt.

Notes

Chia pudding will last up to three days in the fridge!
