First, add the cashew cream to a blender or food processor. Next, add the ripe bananas, pure vanilla extract, and ground turmeric.
Place the lid on your blender and blend on a medium setting until smooth. It should only take about 15 - 30 seconds.Once your Banana Pudding is smooth and creamy, pour it into individual cups or bowls to serve immediately. This recipe yields a generous batch that can serve 4 - 6 people. Omit or reduce the turmeric powder if you are making this for kids or dislike the flavour. Reducing the turmeric by half (⅛ teaspoon) is usually enough to mask the flavour.Use cashew yogurt in place of the cashew cream for a probiotic-rich version.Vanilla powder can be used as a substitute for vanilla extract.
